Hello.

I get the message "20.05.12 22:21:09,129 RapidWeaver: preflight - Error - Collage 1 is not compatible with RapidWeaver 5 and will not be loaded. You should update to Collage 2." in console app. How do I update from Collage 1 to 2? You don't offer a discounted upgrade, and my collage 1 SN won't work with collage 2, right?

   Hi Sebastien,

   Thanks for the message, very sorry you are having trouble.

   PLease remove Collage 1.x from your system if running RapidWeaver 5 it will make RapidWeaver 5 unstable.

   To do this, please take the Manage Themes and Plugins option in the RapidWeaver menu and enter the highlighted RapidWeaver folder. Remove the Collage.rwplugin file from inside there and reboot RapidWeaver.

   Please note that Collage 2 does not 'upgrade' or 'update' existing Collage 1 pages, they would need rebuilding.

   Collage 1 was removed from support about 4 years ago. We don't currently have an 'upgrade' option in the store from Collage 1 to Collage 2 given the time elapsed.

   I can queue this message for the admin team to see if they can create you a discount code. YOur Collage 1 code won't be relevant to Collage 2.

   thanks for your reply! With "rebuilding" you basically mean to start from scratch, right? Oh wow ... a huge part of my site's navigation is based on Collage 1, but what you're saying about RW5 becoming unstable makes sense to me ... I was wondering about that for a long time.

   After removing Collage 1 and upgrading to Collage 2, will I still be able to open my RW projects containing Collage 1 pages to review and rebuild them in Collage 2?

   HI,

   You can actually run Collage 1 and Collage 2 at the same time. If you remove Collage 1, you will not be able to see those pages. To upgrade, you can run them both, redo your pages, then remove Collage 1.
