How to use the Frames plugin

Hi. Here we go again. The Collage 2 page finally loaded (maybe
it had something to do with needing the computer restarted, I had
restarted RapidWeaver). Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to use
the picture frame add on. Can't find instructions anywhere. And the
Collage page that comes up has a section 'Drop Images Here', but I
can't drop anything onto it. Nothing I try is accepted. I've added
a frame to Resources and tried dropping that into the space, but it
bounces back. I've tried dragging directly from the Desktop and
also from the file itself in Finder in the Collages folder. OK, so
what do I do? The objective is to be able to use different frames
for individual art pictures on different pages. How do I do
that.
I gave up on the drag/drop problem I initially had and abandoned
that approach and am using a different approach that is working
now, except for this new issue.
