Hi, I have purchased stacks 2 without realising it won't work on OS x 10.5.8, what can I do about this, can I swap it for stacks 1? or do I need to get a refund.

   Thanks for the message. Sorry for delays, your message was only just found in the SP*M filter!

   We can send you a Stacks 1 serial number which you can use for now until you can update your system if you like? Let us know if you haven't had this yet, and when one of the admin people gets to the message (I don't have this type of admin access). Your transaction number would be very useful.

   Hi,

   Here are instructions for downgrading to Stacks 1.4.4. Quit RW. In Finder, look in the Go menu and choose Go To Folder. Paste this in the dialogue

   ~/Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/

   and it should take you right to the support folder. Find and remove Stacks 2. Then download and install Stacks 1.4.4 from here: http://bit.ly/w2rrWr
   You can use the following Stacks 1 Serial Number: 787T-722R-7A78-7R3K
