Do you have many 3rd party plugins installed, and which versions
are they? You can find this by using the Add Page choice in the
File menu (not the + button bottom left), and then choosing the 3rd
Party Only selection from the dropdown bottom left. THis should
give you a list of large icons and version numbers as well as
names. Please send us a screenshot of that if possible.
I have tested the plug in again. It takes a long time to load the video and
when it does load, on occasion. However, when accessing the page in preview
mode it crashes rapid weaver. This has now been replicated on numerous
occasions. Apprecaite any help.

You have many plugins requiring big updates there,the versions
you have are too old for the Check For Updates system in
RapidWeaver 5 to work with them. Plugins with version numbers and
links where I know them. I'm surprised you aren't getting general
stability issues everywhere. There Sitemap version might actually
be the crash causer.
