Hi,
Thanks for the message, very sorry you are having trouble.
Please choose the Manage Themes and Plugins option in the RapidWeaver menu and from inside the RapidWeaver folder highlighted remove the Stacks.rwplugin file. Reboot RapidWeaver and then download and install the latest version from this link

Hi Desmond,
Thanks for the message.
That is exactly what the previous instructions were designed to do. Did you follow them and find it didn't work? As you should be removing the old Stacks plugin and then restarting RapidWeaver before installing the new one from a download you shouldn't see the issue.

I did according the first instruction but had the same result for some crazy reason, so I went back and this time removed every 3rd party plug-ins I had for rapidweaver and restarted the computer and RapidWeaver before installing the new one from a download.
I think now the stacks work but I have run into another problem , in that I can not save my work and I get a message about locked folder. see attached screen shot

Hi Desmond,
Thanks for the message, very sorry you are still having trouble. Sorry for the delays, I've been ill over the weekend.
Where are you trying to save your RapidWeaver project file if it won't save? Does it work in your Documents folder in your User folder?
Did you put all your 3rd party plugins back in? Do you have many 3rd party plugins installed, and which versions are they? You can find this by using the Add Page choice in the File menu (not the + button bottom left), and then choosing the 3rd Party Only selection from the dropdown bottom left. THis should give you a list of large icons and version numbers as well as names. Please send us a screenshot of that if possible.
With best regards,
Karn @ Yourhead Support.
